Ar. Sanjay Rai is a principal architect at Raineo. Mr Sanjay has completed his masters in architecture and interiors from QUT(Queensland University of Technology) , Brisbane and Bachelor degree in architecture from the University of Bangalore.
In Australia, Sanjay consulted with design firms M/s. Spark Consultants & M/s. Colin Loel & Associates gained professional expertise in architecture & interior projects, which are enclosed. In India, he has worked with reputed firms for a period of 3 years.
After this experience with different firms, Raineo Architects successfully bloomed into a house of integrated and comprehensive design service. Sanjay's broad experience makes him a versatile and adaptable architect who believes design should be simple and innovative but at the same time responsive and enduring.

Senior Architect
Ar Nithya S has been with Raineo Architects for almost 10 years. She graduated from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology in the year 2016 and jumped right into designing spaces that elevate the guest experience, particularly in the hospitality sector. Whether it's a boutique hotel or a luxury resort, she focuses on blending aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability to create environments that are both beautiful and practical. She is passionate about designing spaces that make people feel at home while pushing the envelope with new ideas and thoughtful design.
Senior Architect
Pravin graduated in Architecture from University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering with extensive experience in both design and execution. He started my professional career with Raineo Architects, refining his skills in creating innovative designs and translating them into precise executions. My expertise lies in seamlessly blending creativity with functionality, ensuring that every project is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and structurally sound. He is passionate about bringing architectural visions to life and managing the entire execution process with attention to detail and precision.
Senior Architect
After earning her B.Arch from IGCA Chandigarh (2011-2016), Trisha began her job at SNA Chandigarh (2016-2017), where she gained valuable experience in architecture and design. She then worked with Paradise Design in Itanagar for six years (2017-2023), on a variety of projects around Arunachal Pradesh. As a Senior Architect at Brick & Glass (2023-2024), I honed my skills in design innovation. At Raineo Architects, she specialize in developing dynamic and forward-thinking architectural solutions for building facades.
Team Lead
Manoj is a skilled CAD technician with a Diploma in Fine Arts. With over a decade at Sobha as a draftsman, he mastered precision detailing and architectural drafting. Now at Raineo, he brings expertise in CAD, creating detailed drawings that transform architectural concepts into technical excellence. His commitment to precision makes him a vital part of the team.
